Privacy Policy

ChoppingBlock is operated by Bejan Ghomashi. This policy explains the information used to provide and secure the service.

Information collected

• Account information, including email address, account membership, authentication records, and security settings.
• Client and GPU identifiers, names, status, timestamps, power and energy measurements, Salad earnings deltas, utilization, and related reporting data.
• Electricity prices, reporting preferences, subscription state, and administrative audit events.
• Technical records such as request identifiers, IP-related server logs, errors, and security events.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users and clients, produce requested reports, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain backups, and improve reliability.

Service providers

ChoppingBlock uses service providers including Paddle for billing, Resend for account email, and Cloudflare and hosting infrastructure for delivery and security. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. ChoppingBlock does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

Retention and control

Measurement history is retained and compacted into longer-term aggregates as described by the service. Account export and measurement-reset tools are available in the dashboard. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or be retained where legally or operationally required.

Security

ChoppingBlock uses HTTPS, hashed credentials, optional two-factor authentication, access controls, audit records, and encrypted backups. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
