Terms and Conditions

ChoppingBlock is operated by Bejan Ghomashi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

ChoppingBlock receives measurements from software you install on your machines and presents estimates and reports about GPU activity, energy, earnings, electricity cost, and profit. Reports depend on the accuracy and availability of client, Salad, hardware, and pricing data and are informational rather than financial, tax, or investment advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account security, installed clients, electricity-price configuration, lawful use of the service, and the accuracy of information you submit. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm others.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed monthly or annual interval until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents the next charge, and paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Payments and applicable taxes are processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every report will be complete or error-free. Plan limits and future pricing may change, but changes will not alter an already-paid billing period.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Access may be restricted for misuse, security threats, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. Applicable data may be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or backup purposes.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, ChoppingBlock is provided “as is” without warranties, and Bejan Ghomashi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
